SOLMY ("we", "us") is a career and skills intelligence platform, currently in pre-launch. This policy explains what information we collect when you join our waitlist and how we use it.
1. Information we collect
When you join the SOLMY waitlist, we collect:
- Your full name and email address (required).
- Phone number and country dialling code (optional).
- Self-described profile details: user type, industry, and years of experience (optional).
- The topics you say you're most interested in.
- Marketing consent preference.
- Technical context such as UTM source/medium/campaign and the referring page, so we know how you found us.
2. How we use your information
We use this information to:
- Reserve your place for early access to SOLMY.
- Send you launch updates and exclusive early-member offers (only if you opted in).
- Understand who our early audience is so we can shape the product around real needs.
- Measure the effectiveness of our pre-launch outreach.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing.
3. Where your data is stored
Your submission is sent over an encrypted connection and stored in our secure, access-controlled cloud database. Only authorized members of the SOLMY team can access waitlist records, and only for the purposes described above.
4. Data retention
We keep your waitlist information until SOLMY launches and you create an account, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first.
5. Your rights
You can at any time:
- Request a copy of the information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct inaccurate information.
- Withdraw from the waitlist and have your data deleted.
- Unsubscribe from marketing emails (every email includes an unsubscribe link).

6. Analytics
We record anonymized product events (such as page views and form completions) to improve this page. These events are not used to build advertising profiles.
7. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date above and, for significant changes, notify waitlist members by email.
